We design and manufacture furnishing from bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, offices to children's furniture. We at Vast&West feel that price is an important issue when purchasing a product. We strive to provide the best possible product in a realistic and competitive pricing structure. We appreciate your interest in our products and look forward to your business. Terms of Sale
All orders will be delivered on a COD basis. First time customers may be subject to a deposit before processing an order.
Order Processing
Orders can be faxed to Vast&West 24 hours a day. Please use the Vast&West order form which can be found at the back of the price list. Please complete all necessary sections of the form to ensure an error-free order. Sign and date the order form. Orders will not be processed until a signed order form is received. If you have any questions while completing the order form please contact our office for assistance.
All orders will be confirmed with a phone call follow-up or an email. If you do no receive a follow-up phone call or email on a faxed order within 24 hours, please contact our office to verify we have received your order.
Specifications
Lead Time
Orders received and approved between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday will be delivered within five business days. Rush orders can be processed for an additional 25% up charge. Rush orders will be processed within 72 hours from the date the order is approved.
Shipping/Delivery
Vast&West will deliver your order with our trucks. If you would like to have your order shipped or picked up, please contact our office. Orders under $500 will be charged a delivery fee of $25.
Upon receipt of your order, immediately inspect the shipment for any damages that may have occurred while in transit. Note any damage on the delivery receipt while the truck driver is present and contact our office immediately so we can authorize the truck driver to return the damaged product for exchange. Also inspect the order for correct quantities and sizes while the truck driver is present. In the event of incorrect sizes or quantities, please make the notation on the delivery receipt and contact our office within 72 hours to file a claim.
Pick-Up/Will Call
Pick-up dates will be scheduled, emailed or faxed to you. Please contact our office on the due date to confirm your order is ready for pick-up. Any order not picked up 10 days after the scheduled pick-up date will be charged a storage fee of $5.00 per day unless prior arrangements have been made. We are not responsible for any order left in Will Call for more than 30 days.
Product Warranty
Vast&West warranties its’ products against delaminations, warpage, yellowing and defects in workmanship for five years from date of invoice.
Conditions of Warranty
RTF doors and drawer fronts must not be subject to the following:
- Abnormal heat (above 150 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Excessive cold
- Extreme moisture
Vast&West guarantee covers replacement or repair on doors or drawer fronts. We reserve the right to inspect any product in question. We will not be held responsible for delays caused by unavoidable accidents, strikes, stoppage of labor, lack of materials, obstruction or blockage of usual routes of transportation, natural disasters, or other causes beyond our control. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the net invoice price of the doors. There are not other warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
